Email support@raymiapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Raymi account.
What we delete
- Your account profile and account-level preferences.
- Personal information associated with your profile, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Chat history and direct communications stored within Raymi systems.
- WhatsApp-related data stored by Raymi when deletion is approved.
What we retain
- Tax, accounting, and transaction records that must be retained for up to 7 years.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Processing timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 15 business days, subject to legal obligations and reasonable verification steps.
